I can't believe Brody is 10 months! I know I say that every month, but really, 10 months??? Where did the time go? Why didn't time go by this fast when I was in school? Why doesn't the day go by this fast at work? Why is my baby growing up so fast? In 2 more months, he will be celebrating his 1st birthday, what in the world???
Brody sure does have a personality on him! He makes us laugh at loud every night! He is really into everything right now. I can't imagine what it will be like when he is walking! He absolutely LOVES the dishwasher! He loves playing with the racks, and rolling them back and forth. For the first time tonight, he started trying to pull him self on to the door of the dishwasher. I was putting some dishes in there, and looked down, and he was trying to hard to pull his self in there. I think I am about to have my hands full! As you can see, I have to give him something to hold so I can take his picture with the "10 months" sign. This picture was #5/10 attempts. I gave up on the picture I usually take of him sitting beside his monkey. That didn't go well. Oh well!
He has 2 teeth that have almost made their way completely out. They are about 75% through right now. He also has 2 more that are trying to break through the skin. I love hearing him "crunch" on a baby cheese doodle.
He is crawling all over the place, pulling up on everything, and hanging on to things with one hand. He hasn't got brave yet to take any steps. He will forget that he is not holding on to anything, and plop right down. He LOVES walking around pushing a little push-toy. He gets so proud of himself. He can't steer it, so it's a bumpy ride!
He is eating stage 3 baby food, and some (not much) table food. I have gave him bananas, mashed potatoes, and garden peas. I was trying to give him foods that he could pick up with his hands (except mashed potatoes). He LOVES bananas. I cut it up really small, and he feeds him self. Garden peas on the other hand, not so much! He just likes to take his finger and mash each one all over his highchair.
He LOVES to go places! I think sometimes he gets bored inside the house. Every time we somewhere, he acts so happy! He loves to look around, and talk! He is going to be a talker I think! He is loud too! It will be a while before he can stay in church.
