Brody turned 15 months old on March 19th. I can't believe it! Time goes by so fast! I never thought that until I had a child. It seems like we don't have a baby anymore, but we have a little boy! He is so growny sometimes, and surprises us all the time!
15 months:
~You weigh about 22-23 lbs
~Just moved into size 4 diapers
~Wears 12-18 month clothes, mostly 12 months
~Just moved up to size 5 shoes
~You love juice! You are not much of a milk drinker, but you will drink it. I give you half juice, and half water. People may think I'm crazy, but I just want you to be healthy and keep your teeth!
~You HATE for me to brush your teeth, you like to do it yourself! You think you are grown!
~You LOVE to play in the kitchen cabinets and drawers! I find your toys all the time with my pots, pans, and kitchen utensils!
~You LOVE any type of ball! You have probably a million, and you love each one of them. Sometimes, you wake up in the morning and the first thing you say is "Ball"! No kidding!
~You talk ALL the time! Sometimes we can't understand what you are saying, but you are saying something! It is so cute, and your little voice is precious!
~You make us laugh all the time! You are so funny, and silly! You love to do a "flip", and run around in circles in the living room.
~You LOVE books! You point and talk like you are reading it to us. We LOVE it!
~You are still eating with your hands. You love to play with your spoon, but can't quiet feed yourself with it yet!
~You are extra sweet at night. It's probably because you are still because you are sleepy, and you smell so good after your bath. I think I could probably eat you! I tell Chris all the time to go get me a fork! Ha!
~You love kids! And people! You do not know a stranger! Chris and I are both kind of shy, but Brody is NOT!
~You love to play outside! It wears you out, but you love it!
~You love to color! My mom has a little table and chairs at her house, and he always goes and sits down so he can color. I think he thinks it's snack time too, because he sometimes tries to eat the crayon! Eww!
~You also love to climb steps! I think you would go up and down non-stop if we would let you!
~You know where most of your body parts are, especially your ears! You have had so many ear infections, so you learned where your ears where a while ago! You had tubes put in on February 25th, and they have been such a blessing! It is unbelievable the difference they have made!
~You are so loved, you have no idea! You are your daddy and I's whole world, and we love you so much!
I will be posting pictures from today a little later. We took Brody to the daphodil fields today for a little photo shoot! It was almost a very tramatic experience for us! We got into some ants, and they were everywhere! They were red and huge! I thought they were fire ants, but I'm not sure they were. They were as big as the big black ants, just red. They were covering my feet, and pants, Chris had some on him, and were all over Brody's pants! Neither of us got bit, so that's why I'm thinking they were not fire ants! God was looking over us for sure! I think I had about 10 heart attacks when I saw them all over Brody! I was wearing flip flops, and they were covering my feet, in between my toes, and all over my pants! S-C-A-R-Y!!!
